Pond House Socially Distanced Event Series
We are excited to offer our first tasting dinner!
Our Executive Chef Josh Fiorillo and Pond House Owner Louis Lista have created a delicious fall tasting menu for you to enjoy.
1st Course – Soup
Curry Pumpkin Lentil
2nd Course – Appetizer
Appetizer Trio: risotto balls, crab cakes, duck pancake
3rd Course – Salad
Apple Walnut with dried cherries and apple cider vinaigrette
4th Course – Entree
Wine Braised Short Rib
(vegetarian upon request)
5th Course – Dessert
Warmed Ginger Cake with cinnamon whipped cream
We will have a variety of select recommended wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages that you can order!
Tasting Tickets are $35pp
Drinks, tax and gratuity additional.
You will be seated at a private table with just your party. Masks must be worn except while seated at your table.
