P.H. Benedict
Two poached eggs presented over a house made crab cake, topped with hollandaise sauce and a crispy potato cake.
Steak & Eggs
Grilled tenderloin medallions over brioche with mushroom duxelles, two eggs scrambled with spinach, roasted peppers, and fontina topped with Bearnaise sauce. Served with our signature home fries.
Eggs Florentine Benedict
Two poached eggs over balsamic roasted portabella mushrooms with spinach, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts topped with hollandaise sauce. Served alongside a crispy potato pancake.
BLT omelet
Three egg omelet stuffed with chopped apple wood smoked bacon, spinach, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese and topped with a dollop of freshly made guacamole, served with a side of our signature home fries.
Lobster Omelet
Butter poached lobster with tomato, asparagus, and gouda.  Served with our signature home fries and cornbread.
Pond House French Toast
Two slabs of decadent French toast with caramelized pineapple and coconut crème anglaise with toasted coconut flakes and caramel.  Served with a side of maple sausage.

6oz poached Black Pearl salmon over Mediterranean spiced lentil salad with kalamata olives, roasted red pepper, tomato, cucumber and spinach, topped with a pinenut and sundried tomato relish.

Braised Short Rib
All day braised short rib with goat cheese polenta and roasted carrots with red wine and roasted mushroom demiglaze.
Truffled Lobster Mac & Cheese
Butter poached Maine lobster with our Pond House signature blend of cheese in a rich truffle bechamel sauce.
Lobster BLT
Grilled brioche, applewood smoked bacon, Maine lobster claw and knuckle, Gouda, lettuce and tomato with a side of coleslaw. Served with a side of truffle Mac and Cheese.
Pan Seared Eggplant Steak
Marinated eggplant filet with whipped potato, charred green beans, pine nut and sundried tomato relish, topped with a rich blistered tomato and Marsala wine reduction.
Chicken Paillard
Pan roasted chicken breast with herbed fingerling potatoes, roasted carrots and spring onions with pan jus.
