White Wines

Barone Fini Pinot Grigio – Valadige, Italy
Delicate and elegant taste with a hint of peaches.

Fleur de Prairie Rosé – France
Crafted in the traditional Provençal style, Fleurs de Prairie is a pale
salmon color with delicate flavors of strawberry, rose petals, and herbs.
Its bright, refreshing acidity makes it a perfect companion with a meal
or as an aperitif.

Cave du Lugny Macon-lugny Les Charmes -Chardonnay – Macon-Lugny, France
French Burgundy, crisp and clean flavors, with a little minerality. Delicate fruit notes common in the region. Aged in oak barrel.

Four Graces Pinot Gris – Willamette Valley, Oregon
Beautiful bright aromas of ripe pineapple, Meyer lemon and honeysuckle flower mingle in the glass. The palate continues with fresh lemon and orange zest followed by a touch of smooth quince, which leads into a refreshing lingering acidity.

Kunde Sauvignon Blanc – Sonoma County, California
Essences of grapefruit and melon are displayed in this crisply styled wine that pays tribute to the lane of 100 year-old Magnolia trees that border the vineyard.

Ruffino Prosecco – Italy
Crisp, clean and delicate with fine bubble caressing. Intense sensations of apples and peaches drive a pleasant aftertaste, that is reminiscent of fruity and floral aromas.

Ruffino Sparkling Rose – Italy
Ruffino Sparkling Rosé is fresh and fragrant with notes of strawberry and slight hints of rose petals. On the palate this wine has elegant bubbles and refreshing acidity, offering alluring flavors of delicate red berries and white fruits that linger through the finish.

REDS

The Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir – California
This wine is collaboration between singer Dave Matthews and the accredited wine makers from Simi.  Flavors and aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, and toasty caramel. Complex with generous fruit and juicy tannins.

Torres Altos Ibericos Crianza Rioja, Spain
Made with the noble red variety tempranillo, the wines of Rioja have achieved world renown. Rich fruit aromas of cherry and black plum with spicy and smoky notes. Intense and warm, with firm tannins nicely supported by oak aging and a backbone of balanced acidity.

The Federalist Cabernet Sauvignon – Lodi, California
Small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petite Syrah and Sangiovese round out a flavor profile that emphasizes blue and black fruits and a dash of cinnamon spice.

Borne of Fire Cabernet Sauvignon – Washington State
Rugged, yet elegant wine leads with herbal expressive aromas laced with pomegranate and stony minerals.

The Federalist Bourbon aged Zinfandel – Washington State
This wine has aromas and flavors of black fruit, smoke, caramel and vanilla. The wine is aged  for 6 months in American Oak bourbon barrels.

Domaine Chandon Rose – California
Hailed as one of our winemaker Pauline Lhote’s favorite wines to make, our aromatic, dry Sparkling Rosé reveals a gorgeous shade of pink in the glass with aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon and cherry that proceed through the palate and finish.

Dreaming Tree Crush – California
A blend of the North Coast’s finest varieties, this wine has some great caramel oak and mixed berry characters on the nose, juicy raspberry flavors, and approachable tannins.
