Cocktails & Cooking Series | Big Meats & Bigger Sauces

We are excited to feature our Summer and Fall Cocktails & Cooking series!  Executive Chef Ani Robaina and Pond House Owner Louis Lista will be hosting these fun, interactive and delicious cooking classes.  All classes begin with a wine and finger food as everyone gets aquainted.  You will then learn how to make a craft cocktail as well as the menu for the evening.  As always you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor at the end of the evening!  Our Cocktails & Cooking classes make for a great night out!

In this class you will learn delicious recipes using prime cuts of meat!  They will also be teaching you to make some pretty spectacular sauces as well!

If you are interested in big/bold cooking you may also enjoy the bold flavors in our Uncorking the Pacific Northwest Wine Luncheon on Friday, September 13th from 1-3pm.
