stuffed with goat cheese & proscuitto served with polenta & summer squash soup
stuffed with peppers and ricotta served with ginger lobster bisque
Pan Roasted Stonington Sea Bass
corn, leek, mushroom ragout with shaved fennel
with barley pilaf, toasted walnut & pear mostarda
whipped meringue and blueberry basil coulis
