Cocktails & Cooking Series | Holiday Entertaining with Style

We are excited to feature our Summer and Fall Cocktails & Cooking series!  Executive Chef Ani Robaina and Pond House Owner Louis Lista will be hosting these fun, interactive and delicious cooking classes.  All classes begin with a wine and finger food as everyone gets aquainted.  You will then learn how to make a craft cocktail as well as the menu for the evening.  As always you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor at the end of the evening!  Our Cocktails & Cooking classes make for a great night out!

In this class you will learn to make a variety of delicious dishes and cocktails to use for your upcoming holiday entertaining!

The class will be more of a demonstration class with the following:

How to put together a fabulous dessert station with Lemon curd, Peanut brittle, Bark, Caramel Corn & more!

Spice up the Holidays with a Latin station made up of ceviche, arepas, salsas & guac!

Add a twist to you holiday gathering with an Asian Station filled with sesame noodles, asian slaw, spring rolls and tuna poke!

Last but certainly not least we will show you how to put together an amazing Drink Station.

There will also be a Q&A session for thanksgiving items!
