Cocktails & Cooking Class Series – Cooking with Southwestern Flair

Join Executive Chef Josh Fiorillo and Pond House owner Louis Lista for this interactive cooking class as you explore amazing dishes from the Southwest.  All of our cooking classes start off with making a craft cocktail, there is wine available throughout the evening, and of course preparing a delicous meal to enjoy.

Chef Josh has chosen the following recipes to be included in the recipe book that each participant will receive at the class.  There are more recipes listed than will be prepared.  But we promise you a night full of delicious fun!
